Welcome to Shalom Street: The Address for Jewish Discovery - a place where school age children and their families can imagine, discover, invent and experience Jewish life together. Here, a story is told at every turn: on an ancient wall, in a town square, in the home, in the branches of a tree, in an experience called The Amazing Tzedakah Machine. For 2009 – 2010 Shalom Street will also host Maurice Sendak: Where the Wild Things Are and A Walk Through Jerusalem. A place for all ages, Shalom Street is an interactive, hands-on experience to share and enjoy.
